Kulja is a communications specialist, broadcaster and not-for-profit leader with over 20 years of experience working with senior business and community leaders who share her commitment to bringing about rapid climate and energy transition.

Kulja is a member of the Wetland Revival Trust committee of management and has led the Climate Governance Initiative Australia at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, which aims to build climate competence in the Australian director community. As the communications lead at Climateworks Centre, Kulja has successfully promoted understanding of ambitious decarbonisation scenarios in business and financial media in Australia and Southeast Asia.

Among her previous roles, Kulja has supported cost-effective housing and energy improvements as managing editor of Renew and Sanctuary magazines, been a program maker at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and Triple R FM, and served as digital coordinator at the Mitchell Institute.
