Climate Communications Australia, in partnership with Jane’s Weather, has built an exciting interactive platform that allows weather presenters, journalists, local government and organisations across Australia, to generate forecasts of rooftop solar generation for the next day or week.

The platform is offered as a free service by Climate Communications Australia, a not for profit research company, and covers Australia’s top 50 most populated cities (reaching over 80% of Australians), streaming data from the Australian PV Institute of current rooftop solar capacity, as well as Global Horizontal Irradiance data for those cities.
