Tanya has dedicated her career to supporting organisations in their development of strategic ecosystems - helping projects with a climate and sustainability lens, to ensure the organisations that invest in them thrive.

Currently, Tanya is a portfolio manager at the Clean Energy Finance Corporation - a specialist 'green' fund with access to $30bn to invest on behalf of the Australian Government to support economy wide decarbonisation.

Prior career highlights included designing and delivering the establishment of the International Universities Climate Alliance, one of the world’s largest university partnerships dedicated to climate advocacy and developing AI based climate communications research methodologies at the Marketing AI Lab of UNSW Business School.
